Sessions typically last one hour and are recommended twice weekly in person if based locally to Copthorne, West Sussex (Including Reigate, Horley, Redhill, Horley, East Grinstead and Crawley) or virtually via zoom.
An in-depth consultation is arranged to discuss and discover so the sessions are personalised. The teacher will record and deliver based on specific needs and track the progress with updates and the introduction of new tools and techniques.

After a consultation, You will be asked to sign a Health Waiver and the session will be carefully planned.
You can select and book suitable dates and times for your sessions. These can either be face to face or virtually where the teacher travels to you following Covid-19 precautions.
The teacher may bring music, props, and support, or they may go along with the items you have/ prefer for your class.
If you do not have a suitable space, studio space can be arranged.
During your session and after
Your teacher will continue to get to know you throughout the sessions and adjust the class to your body and needs as well as your pace. It can sometimes be
