A special Womens Circle

The Breath Breakthrough Yoga Workshop

Breathing is something we all know how to do. And yet, the majority of teenagers and adults let go of their natural ability to breathe fully. We are conditioned from an early age to control our feelings and emotions, and as a result, our muscles tighten and our breathing patterns become restricted. The impact on our mental and physical wellbeing is huge.

By learning how to consciously connect to our breath and encourage its natural rhythms, we can harmonise the body and mind, live life fully, find emotional freedom, and feel empowered.

In Yoga, breath also has everything to do with our structural alignment and the patterns in which we hold, perceive, and move the body. Breath awareness can eliminate joint compression and other imbalances from our posture and attitude towards it. 

In this workshop, we will explore our breathing capacity and different techniques to help us connect to our yoga practice on a deeper level both physically and mindfully.

This is a women's only workshop and an opportunity to meet other like-minded people over herbal tea at the end of the session.

To encourage Holistic beauty and therapy as well as support other small businesses Tapah will invite a special guest to give you the opportunity to learn, explore and try other ways of taking care of your wellbeing.

These classes can be tailored to your group’s collective needs. Whether you want the time to relax, stretch, build strength, tone up or practice mindfulness ; The yoga teacher will plan a session to incorporate styles of yoga such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Meditation and Pranyama before you get together to make sure you all get the most out of your hour!
