Unwind with this calming, strength-and-stretch focused practice from the comfort of your own home. This 45-minute class is a gentle blend of slow, intentional yoga flow, body-opening stretches, and mindful strength-building movements to support mobility, flexibility and calm.

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork, move through a fluid sequence designed to both strengthen and release tension, and end with a deeply relaxing guided meditation to help you fully wind down.

Perfect for all levels, especially those looking to feel stretched, grounded, and restored by the end of their day.

All you need: a yoga mat, comfy clothes, and a quiet space to move and relax.
