What to expect
Suitable for all levels! This gentle yet somewhat challenging class will stretch and strengthen the whole body. The flowing movements link, build and follow the natural rhythm of your breath, exploring ease, fluidity and the downright juiciness of your practice to help you switch off and find a sense of calm and clarity.
The holds in standing posture will create great strength for more advanced standing yoga poses such as balances and build supporting muscle groups that are great for runners.
